Can I take the Brokers course and use it for continuing Education even if I am not ready to apply for a brokers license at this time?

Yes. The course is good for 8 years and the state exam results are good for two years. As long as you complete the course and pass the course exam you may use it towards your continuing education. Remember, you do need the required topics Law of Agency and Fair Housing. The broker's course does not include the required topics.
