If I do not pass the licensing course exam do I have to pay the school again to retake the exam?

Not at Manfred Real Estate School. Our course is guaranteed. You can retake the exam as many times as you need to at no charge (you will be responsible for the proctor fee)you are also able to set in on any of our salesperson course to refresh at no charge for one year from your purchase date.

This is a great question because many schools will have policies that if you do not pass the course exam you must repurchase and retake the course.
